• If you want a stainless steel countertop:
• Will it be built with a drop-in sink or an integral sink (for integral sinks, will you provide your own sink or would you like Ridalco to build a custom sink)?
• Will your stainless steel counter be built with or without an integral backsplash?
• Otherwise, do you want décor items, a stationary or mobile work centre, a butcher-block, countertop accessories; specialty appliances; shelving, cabinets and drawers, ventilation/exhaust hoods or something completely out-of-the-ordinary?
• Where will your stainless steel furnishings be shipped upon completion?
• Are there any structural issues to be considered in order to get your item into your home?

• With the assistance of your designer or kitchen cabinet supplier, make up some simple sketches that indicate approximate sizes, sink positions (for countertops), and other relevant detailers for each piece or accessory under consideration.
• Send your sketches to Ridalco by fax or e-mail. A preliminary proposal will then be sent to you within 48 hours.

• Upon receipt of our preliminary proposal, you may have questions or details to discuss. Do not hesitate to contact us either by e-mail or by our toll-free telephone and fax numbers.

• Based on our discussions, Ridalco will make the final changes to proposal for your approval.
• Within the final proposal you will also find reasonably accurate delivery lead times as well as generic instructions relating to the installation of your stainless steel products.

• Given your approval on the proposal, Ridalco will construct your product(s) to specification and ship them to the location you have designated.
• While it is rare that issues arise at the time of installation, Ridalco is available by phone to help work through any installation problems that might occur.
