Q. How do I wash my small dog in such a deep sink?
A. One of the available options is a perforated stainless steel shelf that can be purchased to mount inside the sink to accommodate smaller breeds at working height.

Q. How do I get my dog into the sink?
A. Using a step-stool for the dog to climb up into the sink, using a stainless steel ramp (which is available as an option), or by simply lifting the animal if it's not too heavy.

Q. I am interested in using the faucet with the shower spray assembly, but do I have to hold the shower spray handle at all times to keep the spray on?
A. No, there is a holding ring that can be placed to maintain the spray stream freeing your hand to assist in the washing.

Q. If I want to fill up the sink quickly or fill a pot or pan in the sink, do I have to use the shower spray?
A. No, you can obtain an "add-on-faucet" accessory which has an 8" spout allowing you to fill up the sink at pre-set water temperatures or to fill vessels or pots as required.

Q. Why do I need a stainless steel sink to wash my dog? I don't have a stainless steel bathtub or shower for myself?
A. You should, and we make those as well. Durability, ease in cleaning, adaptability for other uses such as cleaning gardening tools, etc...there is nothing better on the market than stainless steel.

Q. How do I know what size of sink I should buy?
A. Check with your groomer or Vet. They are best suited to recommend sizes; however, common sense prevails. You will not need a 60" sink for a Chihuahua but you will certainly need something larger than a 24" sink for a Great Dane.

Q. How does the sink come to me and what do I have to do to get it assembled and ready for use?
A. Simply uncrate or uncarton the product, assemble the 4 legs to the sink unit, adjust the leveling feet such that it sits properly in position, ensure you have a water supply and drain close by, dispose of the packaging material and...call your plumber.

Q. I see you offer an optional removable front gate and ramp assembly as options...why would I want those?
A. To assist in getting your dog into the sink. Some dogs are too heavy to lift easily.

Q. What's wrong with going out and finding an old bathtub or galvanized steel washtub to use for washing my dog?
A. Nothing...if you feel comfortable with that approach. These approaches won't have the benefits of stainless steel, however.
